Exceptional durability
The power output of CSG modules remains practically unchanged with many years of either simulated or real outdoor exposure. One of the reasons is that they are made using a very stable crystalline silicon.

Low silicon consumption
The CSG technology makes it possible to produce solar modules using significantly less silicon than for other usual modules. Just compare: the thickness of our silicon layer is less than 2 microns, which is 150 to 200 times thinner than silicon wafers.

No bulk silicon required
CSG modules are manufactured from silane gas, not from silicon wafers. CSG Solar produces its modules without any external constraints caused by wafer supply shortage.
